Where do you ship from?

Evercoven is a global coven, but we mostly ship our products straight from Asia since that's where our designs are mostly inspired from.

How long does shipping take?

Most products are delivered in 1 - 2 weeks once it ships.

Do you offer international shipping?

We ship globally, our coven isn't bound by imaginary lines dictated by old men in congress.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

As long as you message us within 24 - 48 hours, we should be able to make adjustments.

What's your return policy?

We believe in keeping our coven satisfied. If you're not happy for any reason, you can send your product back to us for a full refund (there's no time limit), no questions asked.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If we can't change your order with our magick, we'll simply send you a replacement, free of charge.

How do I request a return or exchange?

If your familiar can't reach us, simply click on the "Contact" page and fill that form out. Or shoot us a DM on our socials.

Is this a goth/witch brand? Do I have to be alt to wear your stuff?

Our coven has no restrictions. As long as you believe in our philosophies (protecting the underprivileged, saving the planet, etc.) then you can wear our stuff. No bigots allowed.

Are your items ethically made?

We make sure that all of our products are made in ethical factories. We abhor sweatshops and slave labor.
